If you are searching reviews for a computer repair shop search no longer. I went to Ray’s Connecting point this morning and was greeted by Jamie the technician. He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. He took his time to listen to my problem and put me at ease. He was able to fix my problem promptly and at a reasonable cost. Have a computer problem this is the place to go. Ask for Jamie!!

These guys are great. Very knowlegable, great communication throughout the process...and delivered om what they promised. I took a custom rig I built a few months back to them when all of a sudden the bios wouldn't post. I consider myself fairly knowledable with computers , and built this rig myself, after 2 days of troubleshooting, I decided I need a professional....and found Ray's online looking for reviews. I brought it in on Monday of Christmas week and they were able to start working on it Tuesday before Christmas Eve, they had a solution for me, that Friday morning, less than 3 business days. Patrick took all my information and explained to me the process setting expectations and Jamie leveraged his skills to bring my PC back to life. Jamie was very personable and explained everything to me fully. In the future I definitely will be using Ray's for any of my computing needs. Thank you

Jamie at Ray's is fantastic! A tech from another company botched moving everything from my old laptop to new. Then a friend recommended Ray's, and Jamie fixed all the issues. My new laptop looks perfect and runs great! He explained his process clearly and thoroughly and kept me informed. The price was very reasonable, too. I wouldn't go anywhere else for computer (PC or Mac) service. Strong recommend!

These guys are awesome. Twice they have gone above and beyond to help me with my Mac, and I've been very happy each time. They are both very friendly too, and very knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough! ——UPDATE—— 7 years later and once again Ray’s saved the day. My laptop fried, and I got a replacement in a matter of an hour, meaning little downtime for me. And it was a really great deal on the machine. Jamie answered my questions on restoring from Time Machine and had a dongle/usb hub for the newer Macs that I needed. Such a relief, and wish I could give more stars!
